CMS Hires General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Phoenix — Contractor Management Services LLC (CMS), a leading provider of compliance software and payment settlement services for companies that use independent contractors, has appointed Rebecca Collins as general counsel and chief compliance officer.

Collins brings more than 20 years of legal experience to CMS, 15 of which as in-house counsel. Most recently, she served as deputy general counsel and vice president of human resources at NJOY, Inc., where she provided legal, regulatory and compliance advice and also managed the company’s HR department.
