Medina, Ohio — Pleasant Valley Corporation, in the business of construction, real estate and facilities management for four decades, has introduced a new name, brand and graphic identity as it celebrates its 40th anniversary.
Founded in 1976 as Faciana Electric Company, Pleasant Valley Corporation remains a family-owned company that today builds, buys and manages commercial properties throughout the U.S., serving over 55,000 locations.
Pleasant Valley Corporation is comprised of three divisions — real estate, construction and facility management — which provide a full circle of services for commercial buildings. The company operates from a 47,000-square-foot headquarters in northeast Ohio and has branch offices in Atlanta and Naples, Fla.
Gino and Barbara Faciana, co-chief executive officers, say that the new brand reflects the connectedness of the company’s three divisions (formerly separate companies: Pleasant Valley Construction Company and PVC Facility Management, Inc.), its “family of businesses,” and its unified approach to serving clients.
“Our specialty is making life easier for our clients and helping them grow their businesses,” say the Facianas. “We are proud of the successes we’ve had in these 40 years. This move strengthens our global resources, streamlines the presentation to our customers and allows for greater coordination in services. We are looking forward to the continued growth and future of our company.”
