Lyndhurst, N.J. — Crossroads Companies, LLC, one of the region’s leading owners/managers/leasing agents, has been named the leasing agent and property manager for Veterans Square Shopping Center, located on New York Avenue in Lyndhurst. The 144,400-square-foot neighborhood shopping center’s tenant roster includes a freestanding ShopRite and HomeGoods.
“As one of southern Bergen County’s busiest shopping centers, with more than 40,000 customers per week, Veterans Square offers retailers high visibility and foot traffic, strong demographics, easy access and plentiful parking,” says Carlo Caparruva, Crossroads Companies’ vice president of leasing services, who noted the company is currently marketing approximately 19,000 square feet of space that can also be subdivided.
Crossroads was established in 2001 as a real estate development company specializing in supermarket-anchored shopping centers. Based in Mahwah, N.J., the company owns, leases and/or manages a portfolio of approximately 700,000 square feet of shopping centers.
