Orlando, Fla. — Cuhaci & Peterson Architects Engineers Planners, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, have completed the design of a Fresh City Market in West Lafayette, Ind.
Lonnie Peterson, chairman of Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, says the 22,000-square-foot market, which features fresh food, groceries and produce, will be the anchor tenant in the Northwestern building, part of a new multi-use development just off Purdue University’s campus.
The West Lafayette store will include a Caribou Coffee Shop and in-store seating for ready-to-eat hot foods from the deli bar.
Construction is expected to be completed in August 2014.
