Plainview, N.Y. — EW Howell Construction Group has expanded its retail division and promoted Kevin McKenna to vice president of the division. McKenna joined EW Howell in 1997 and has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
“Kevin’s expertise in project management for retail sector projects has been a strength for EW Howell, and his ability to coordinate all of the moving parts is key to helping us deliver projects on-time and on-budget for our clients,” says Howard Rowland, president of EW Howell.
McKenna, previously a project executive, will oversee all projects within the retail construction division in his new role. During his career at EW Howell, he has worked on projects for Westfield Sunrise and South Shore Malls, AMC Theatres, Target Stores and Saks Fifth Avenue. McKenna also completed projects for Lord & Taylor, including the recent core and shell of the retailer’s Manhasset, N.Y., store expansion.
