Dykman brings broad expertise in facility maintenance and construction and proven experience in implementing growth and scalable operating processes.

Prior to joining Expert JMS, Dykman held a number of senior management positions in the industry, most recently as executive vice president at Global Facility Management & Construction. Earlier in her career, she served as executive vice president of and marketing at Whelan’s International, a Long Island, N.Y.-based facility maintenance company sold to US Maintenance.
