Linden, N.J. — In a transaction arranged by CBRE, fast-casual restaurant Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers will be opening its first New Jersey location this month in Linden. The brand was acquired by private equity firm Thompson Street Capital Partners in March 2021.
