Houston — Fuddruckers, an iconic, Texas-born hospitality brand, has debuted its first new Houston-area location in almost 2 years. Opened on April 11, 2017, the approximately 4,000-square-foot restaurant is located in The Woodlands. The site will introduce the option of self-ordering with four touchscreen kiosks.
“We have been part of The Woodlands community for over 30 years with our location at 2290 Buckthorn Place and we are pleased to introduce a second location at Creekside,” says Peter Tropoli, chief operating officer. “While patrons will find a number of familiar elements, we’re also looking forward to unveiling some special site-specific surprises.”
Crossroads Square at Creekside Park is a recently completed, 4-acre lifestyle center. Fuddruckers guests will enjoy development amenities including a pedestrian-friendly piazza, central valet service and covered walkways.
A showcase for Fuddruckers’ eclectic décor, referencing the brand’s classic, Americana tradition, the interior offers seating for 147, including a private dining room where teams and families can celebrate with a capacity of 36, and nine bar counter seats overlooking the open kitchen. Five televisions will ensure patrons are always in sight of any big game, while toasting their team with an assortment of beers. A spacious patio opening to the piazza will accommodate an additional 28 diners.
Luby’s, Inc. operates 173 restaurants nationally: 91 Luby’s Cafeterias, 73 Fuddruckers, eight Cheeseburger in Paradise locations, and one Bob Luby’s Seafood Grill. The company is the franchisor for 114 Fuddruckers franchise locations across the United States (including Puerto Rico), Canada, Mexico, Italy, the Dominican Republic, Panama and Colombia.
