Chattanooga, Tenn. — The 50,000-square-foot store will open in the fall of 2014.
Chattanooga, Tenn. — Gander Mountain, an outdoor specialty retailer, will open its fourth Tennessee location in the fall of 2014. The new 50,000-square-foot store will be located in the Oak Park Town Center in Chattanooga. The company already has locations in Jackson and Knoxville, and will open a new store in Mt. Juliet this spring.
The new Chattanooga store is the most recent location announced in the retailer’s sizeable expansion. In the past 18 months, Gander Mountain has opened 18 new stores in Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, Indiana, Alabama, Minnesota, Texas and Florida.
Based in St. Paul, Minn., Gander Mountain operates 131 locations in 24 states.
