Maguire assumes this role in addition to his current position as president and CEO of FIC Restaurants, Inc. (Friendly’s).
Immediate plans are for Johnny Rockets and Friendly’s to continue to operate independently, while management collaborates on how best to capitalize on the synergy of the two brands.
