Johnson Controls Secures FM Agreement for 12,000 Shell Retail Stations

London — Johnson Controls Global WorkPlace Solutions has signed an agreement with Royal Dutch Shell plc to manage and maintain 12,000 Shell retail fuel stations in 27 countries.

London — Johnson Controls Global WorkPlace Solutions, a leading provider of commercial real estate and energy management for many of the world’s largest companies, has signed an agreement with Royal Dutch Shell plc to manage and maintain 12,000 Shell retail fuel stations in 27 countries.

The Shell fuel stations serve approximately 2.8 million customers every day. The agreement builds on an existing 5-year relationship between the two companies and is one of the largest single deals in the fuel retail sector.

The contract covers 27 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas.
