Houston — Last Call Studio by Neiman Marcus will open in Houston’s Uptown district in 2012, marking the fourth U.S. location for the new discount concept by Neiman Marcus.
Houston — Last Call Studio by Neiman Marcus has signed an 18,000-square-foot lease at Post Oak Shopping Center in Houston’s Uptown district. When it opens in 2012, the store will mark the fourth U.S. location for Last Call by Neiman Marcus.
Houston-based Evergreen Commercial Realty represented the landlord, Tanglewood Corporation, in the transaction.
The Last Call Studio concept launched last April in Neiman Marcus’ hometown of Dallas. Two additional stores have since debuted in Rockport, Md., and Paramus, N.J. Last Call Studio by Neiman Marcus features edited, in-season, contemporary looks purchased directly from vendors. Average price points offered are less than half of what is offered in full line Neiman Marcus stores.
