North Plainfield, N.J. — Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has promoted Denise Ciaravino to director of operations. The move recognizes her exceptional leadership and longstanding contributions to the firm’s property management department, according to Erika Morasco, vice president of property management.
Ciaravino’s promotion marks her second career advancement at LMC in 4 years. She joined the commercial real estate services firm as a property manager in 2006 and steadily rose through the ranks, most recently serving as portfolio manager.
“Denise is a true asset to the property management team, and we congratulate her on this well-deserved appointment,” says Morasco. “Her leadership, hard work and many years of experience have been instrumental to our company’s success. She is also a mentor to the entire property management team, helping to support and guide others in their professional growth. As director of operations, Ciaravino is monitoring and augmenting LMC’s property management operational procedures to increase efficiency and ensure compliance with both industry regulations and LMC quality standards. Additionally, she is managing LMC property managers’ day-to-day activities, including initial and ongoing training, and overseeing property inspections.
In 2023, Ciaravino was honored with BOMA-NJ’s “Retail Property Management Professional” award, which recognizes commercial real estate professionals who have demonstrated exceptional standards and commitment to their work, and dedication to advancing the industry.
