North Plainfield, N.J. — Denise Ciaravino has been promoted to portfolio manager at Levin Management Corporation (LMC), according to Erika Toscani, vice president of property management.

Ciaravino joined the North Plainfield, N.J.-based commercial real estate services firm in 2006 as property manager and was named senior property manager in 2009; for the past decade she has overseen the day-to-day operation of a shopping center portfolio totaling approximately 1 million square feet. In her new role as portfolio manager, Ciaravino will also be the single point of contact for a 9-property, 840,000-square-foot management assignment recently awarded to LMC.

“Denise is a tremendous asset to our property management team, and we congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion,” says Toscani. “It is always gratifying to promote individuals from within our organization. Advancing into this new role reflects Denise’s hard work, professionalism and dedication, as well as her outstanding contributions to the success of our leasing and management portfolio.”

LMC maintains a 120-property, 16 million-square-foot leasing and management portfolio, including a notable proportion of grocery-anchored shopping centers and other retail properties, as well as industrial and office assets. The firm offers leasing, property management, financial management and reporting, construction management and development, lease administration, marketing services, and acquisition and disposition consulting services.
