The Smith Haven restaurant, which opened on May 22, is corporate-owned and operated and follows the brand’s first New York opening in Roosevelt Field Mall earlier this year.
New York Fries, operated under Recipe Restaurant Group, features a niche menu starring freshly cut fries, made with Idaho potatoes, served plain or loaded with a variety of toppings including beef chili, pulled pork, queso and crumbled bacon. Also on the menu, a classic Canadian delicacy — poutine — topped with beef gravy and Wisconsin cheese curds for guests across the East Coast to discover and enjoy.
