Nordstrom Rack to Open 5 New Locations in 2026

Seattle — Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. plans to open five new Nordstrom Rack stores next year, to be located in Elmwood, La. (opening spring 2026), as well as Williamsburg, Va.; Canton, Ohio; Deptford, N.J.; and Mansfield, Mass. (all opening fall 2026).

In Elmwood, the 27,000-square-foot store will be located at Elmwood Center, Louisiana’s largest open air shopping center. Elmwood Center is owned and managed by Lauricella Land Company and is centrally located in Jefferson Parish off Clearview Parkway and Earhart Expressway.

In Williamsburg, the 25,000-square-foot store will be located at Settlers Market, a popular shopping center located off of Monticello Avenue and Humelsine Parkway.

In Canton, the 23,800-square-foot store will be located at The Venue at Belden, which is owned by Axiom Realty and located at the hard corner of Everhard Rd NW and Whipple Ave NW.

Situated in the greater Philadelphia market, the 24,500-square-foot Deptford store will be located in Deptford Town Center, owned and managed by MSP Developments, and located just south of the Deptford Mall and between routes 55 and 42.

In Mansfield, the 23,700-square-foot store will be located at Mansfield Crossing, which is owned and managed by WS Development and located off of I-495, just a few miles from I-95.

Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc. Nordstrom Rack offers customers up to 70% off on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor and shoes from many of the top brands sold at Nordstrom stores as well as core services like online order pickup for www.Nordstrom.com and www.NordstromRack.com. According to the company, Nordstrom Rack is the largest source of new customers to Nordstrom.
