Las Vegas — Phenix Salon Suites closed 2025 with continued development across the U.S. and internationally, reinforcing the strength of its business model as it enters a new phase of growth in 2026. During 2025, the brand opened 26 new locations, including one international location in York, UK, while signing a strong number of new, strategic franchise agreements across both new and existing markets. These additions further expanded Phenix’s footprint across Texas, Florida, California, New York and New Jersey.
Looking forward, Phenix plans to open more than 30 new locations in 2026, with these openings coming from both domestic and international markets, as demand for the salon suite model continues to rise amongst both multi-unit operators and first-time franchisees alike.

“2025 was a year of disciplined, strategic development for Phenix,” says Brian Kelley, president and CEO of Phenix Salon Suites. “With 26 new openings and a strong pipeline of signed deals, we’re entering the new year with clear visibility into where the brand is headed and strong demand from operators looking for stable, long term franchise opportunities.”
Phenix surpassed 420 locations nationwide in 2025 with early momentum to top 450 by the end of 2026.
Founded in 2007 by beauty expert and celebrity hairstylist Gina Rivera, who has family roots in the industry dating back to 1929, the Phenix suites concept has reinvented the salon industry. The company began franchising in 2012 and today has over 425 locations across 33 states with continued plans to expand internationally.
