Beachwood, Ohio — Predictive Service, a global leader in maintenance, reliability and sustainability solutions, has appointed John Pucillo as executive vice president of global PdM operations.
Pucillo brings 31 years of experience in the design and implementation of reliability-based maintenance programs, conditions monitoring products and service management to Predictive Service.
In his new role, Pucillo is a member of the company’s executive management team, reporting directly to Donald Frankel, president and chief executive officer. His responsibilities include overseeing the PdM service management team and all global PdM operations; design and maintenance of safety policies and procedures; serving as the product owner for Predictive Service’s ViewPoint software; and ensuring that all of the appropriate and effective processes are followed to successfully deliver Predictive Service’s PdM services to clients on a global level.
Pucillo previously served as Predictive Service’s director of product development. Prior to joining Predictive Service, Pucillo was responsible for all predictive maintenance (PdM) services within the asset management unit of Rockwell Automation. He honed his expertise in developing PdM strategies while working for PdM vendors such as IRD Mechanalysis and Entek IRD.
