RadioShack Plans New Concept Store for Fort Worth

Fort Worth, Texas — The company’s new concept stores are part of its emphasis on repositioning its brand.

Fort Worth, Texas — Radio Shack, the personal and mobile technology retailer, will open a new brand concept store in Sundance Square’s Commerce Building in downtown Fort Worth. RadioShack is opening a select number of these high-touch stores filled with interactive features and experiences as part of the company’s emphasis on repositioning its brand.

The 2,357-square-foot concept store is projected to open in October 2013. The Fort Worth location will join other concept stores in California, Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey.

RadioShack operates more than 4,300 company-owned stores in the United States, 270 stores in Mexico and approximately 1,000 dealer and other outlets worldwide.
