Robert Talbott Opens First Permanent Store on Madison Avenue

New York City — American luxury menswear house Robert Talbott celebrated the grand opening of its new store on Madison Avenue in New York City on Sept. 10. The store opening represents a significant milestone for the brand as it celebrates its 75th anniversary and embarks on a new era of strategic growth and creative revival.

Founded in 1950 in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Calif., by Audrey and Robert Talbott as a fine neckwear atelier, the brand has since grown into a full-fledged luxury menswear label known for uncompromising craftsmanship, timeless design and West Coast attitude. In 2016, Robert Talbott expanded its East Coast presence with the opening of its first Madison Avenue boutique. Now, nearly a decade later, the brand returns to Madison Avenue with a new concept that reflects both its heritage and its forward-looking vision.

Designed as an experiential retail store, the new location offers the brand’s complete menswear range, from signature neckwear and tailored apparel to expanded lifestyle offerings. Every detail of the store design reflects the house’s ethos: refined, bold and deeply rooted in the duality of California ease and New York sophistication.

With its 75th anniversary as a backdrop, the opening reinforces the brand’s continued commitment to American menswear and marks an exciting new chapter in its legacy.
