New York City — Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH plans to open a new store in Louisville, Ky., on July 31. Located at The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass (pictured), the first and only designer outlet center in Kentucky, the new Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH store will be the first Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH store in Kentucky.
“We look forward to debuting Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH in a beautiful new shopping center in Louisville,” says Jonathan Greller, president of outlets, HBC. “This will be our first store in the state and represents an exciting opportunity for us.”
Developed by Horizon Property Group, the new store will span approximately 24,000 square feet.
As part of the Hudson’s Bay Company brand portfolio, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH has 75 stores nationwide.
