New York City — Whole Foods Market will open another location of its smaller format store concept, Whole Foods Market Daily Shop, in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood on Feb. 25, 2026. The 7,888-square-foot store will be located at 774 Grand St., Brooklyn, N.Y. The smaller format store features more than 350 local items from over 250 Northeast suppliers.
Whole Foods Market Daily Shop initially launched in 2024 on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, followed by additional Manhattan locations as well as a smaller-format store in Arlington, Va., which opened in 2025.
Ranging between 7,000 to 14,000 square feet, the quick-shop stores are about a quarter to half the footprint of an average 40,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market store, paving the way for expansion in dense, metropolitan areas. In bustling hubs like Manhattan where proximity matters, these stores will bring Whole Foods Market closer to existing customers, while extending the company’s reach to others in surrounding neighborhoods.
As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting local communities, Whole Foods Market Daily Shop in Brooklyn will make food donations to City Harvest, through the company’s Nourishing Our Neighborhoods program, which aims to enhance the ability of local food rescue organizations to transport surplus food to areas facing the greatest need. Whole Foods Market will also donate to Trinity Human Services in New York City.
