SPB Hospitality Names SVP of Operations for Krystal

Houston — SPB Hospitality, an industry-leading operator and franchisor of restaurants spanning a national footprint, has promoted Amanda Hyde to senior vice president of operations for Krystal. It has also welcomed Ellen Rockwell as executive vice president of people & culture.

Amanda Hyde

Hyde has been with SPB Hospitality and Logan’s Roadhouse for 9 years, and previously served as vice president of operations services and director of operations. Hyde takes a people-first approach and pairs that with an operational expertise that drives sales and profit, reduces costs and improves the quality of both food and service. She has previously provided operational leadership to Mimi’s Café and Bob Evans.

Ellen Rockwell

Rockwell will lead People Services, Internal Communications, and Learning & Development. Along with her strong focus on operations, Rockwell brings extensive experience in the restaurant industry, ranging from roles at Surcheros Fresh Mex, Logan’s Roadhouse, O’Charley’s and Darden Restaurants.
