Steve Sumell Joins Trademark as SVP, Property Management

Fort Worth, TX — Steve Sumell has joined Trademark as senior vice president, property management. He will direct property management and oversee property operations.

 

Fort Worth, TX — Steve Sumell has joined Trademark as senior vice president, property management. He will direct property management for the company’s third-party portfolio and provide oversight for property operations.

Sumell has had a 30-year career with Hines, Cushman & Wakefield, Trammell Crow/Faison, etc., and has operated properties including the Houston Galleria; SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, N.C.; and Century City Shopping Center and The Century Plaza Towers in Los Angeles.
