Stuart Dean Company Hires New President & CEO

New York City — Stuart Dean, Co., Inc., has hired Mark Parrish as its new president and chief executive officer effective May 1, 2011.

 

New York CityStuart Dean, Co., Inc., has hired Mark Parrish as its new president and chief executive officer effective May 1, 2011. The position is based in the firm’s New York headquarters. The executive search was led by David Hoffmann, chairman and CEO of DHR International, a global executive search firm.

Parrish replaces the departing Jim Degan, CEO since 2002. Parrish will lead the transition of the company from its current size to its next level of growth, functional organization, goal-oriented management, operating efficiency, and sophistication.

Parrish joins Stuart Dean after serving as president and CEO of Deceuninck North America (DNA), the $90 million North American subsidiary of a $750 million Belgian-based, publicly held parent. DNA provides extruded components to the window and door industry and a variety of other building product distribution channels in 13 nations.
