Miami — FRONTIER Building has completed the construction of a new Burlington store located at 3705 West 20th Ave. in Hialeah, Fla., for Sterling Organization. The existing 40,000-square-foot structure was formerly a Sports Authority, which FRONTIER transformed into the new department store retailer. The project required extensive façade renovations to achieve the new brand’s look. North Miami, Fla. — South Florida’s iconic Krispy Kreme, located on 167th Street in North Miami, has been replaced with a larger, more modern version of the famous Hot N’ Ready doughnut shop with a few additional features. FRONTIER Building has completed the construction of the new 3,576-square-foot restaurant that now includes a drive-thru and 11 parking spaces. Miami — FRONTIER Building has broken ground on a brand-new Krispy Kreme Doughnuts located at 530 Northeast 167 St. in Miami. The iconic doughnut shop’s new location is being built from the ground up next door to the existing location, which will remain open throughout construction.
