Gilbert, Ariz. — Evergreen Devco has commenced construction for The Post at Cooley Station, a grocery-anchored shopping center located at the southeast corner of Recker and Williams Field roads in Gilbert, Ariz. Situated on 23 acres, the retail center will feature 23,000 square feet of multi-tenant shop space in three buildings. Seattle — On December 24, 2016, REI’s newest distribution center, located in Goodyear, Ariz., achieved LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certification — the highest level in the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) green building rating system — making it the first distribution center in the U.S. to achieve both LEED Platinum certification and Net Zero Energy.
