St. Louis — On November 17, 2017, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh, a leading Mediterranean cuisine brand, will open its first Missouri location in Clayton, Mo., near St. Louis. The new restaurant also marks the introduction of Garbanzo’s new prototype.
New York City — Private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice plans to acquire David’s Bridal, Inc., for approximately $1.05 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
