Canton, Mass. — Dunkin’ Donuts has signed a multi-unit store development agreement with franchise group Safari Foods Inc. to develop six restaurants in Greenville, N.C., and three new restaurants in Raleigh-Durham, N.C., over the next several years. The first restaurant is planned to open in Greenville in 2017.

Canton, Mass. — Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc., the parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, has named David Hoffmann as president of Dunkin’ Donuts U.S. and Canada, effective October 3, 2016. He will report to Nigel Travis, chairman and CEO of Dunkin’ Brands, and will serve on the leadership team.

With this milestone location, Dunkin’ Donuts continues its steady and strategic westward expansion, opening more than 30 new restaurants in California with plans for about 300 new locations total to be developed in the state over the coming years.
