Southfield, Mich. — Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc., the largest franchisee for Buffalo Wild Wings® and creator and operator of Bagger Dave’s Burger Tavern®, intends to split into two separate, publicly-traded companies through the tax-free spinoff of its Bagger Dave’s business to DRH stockholders. The company previously announced on May 24, 2016 that it was evaluating strategic alternatives for its Bagger Dave’s restaurants and brand.

Burke to president and CEO on January 1, 2017, or upon the selection of a new CFO, whichever comes first. The current chairman, president and CEO, Michael Ansley, will remain as chairman of the board after the transition.
