Oceanside, Calif. — Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) has hired Ray Smith to join the company as vice president, exterior services. In this capacity, he will lead the exterior services division and oversee KBS’s portfolio of exterior services, which includes parking lot sweeping and maintenance, snow plowing and removal, landscaping and other related services.
