Conshohocken, Pa. — David’s Bridal has partnered with Diltex, the foremost manufacturer and retailer of intimate apparel in Mexico, to open its first franchise location in Mexico City. The store opened on May 20, 2017 on Avenida Revolucion.
New York City — Private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice plans to acquire David’s Bridal, Inc., for approximately $1.05 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
