Dallas — After shattering store growth records last year, 7-Eleven, Inc. is in line to have an even bigger year in 2012. In the U.S. and Canada alone, it plans to add 630 new stores this year.
Bellevue, WA — T-Mobile USA, Inc. has opened its 1,000th T-Mobile Premium Retailer (TPR) store, located in Pompano Beach, Fla. T-Mobile plans to open more than 350 retail locations in 2012.

Farmington Hills, MI — Agree Realty Corporation has been named a development partner for Wawa, Inc., as it expands into Florida. Wawa currently operates more than 590 c-stores.
Union, NJ and Oakland, CA — Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. plans to acquire Cost Plus, Inc. in an all-cash transaction expected to close during Bed Bath & Beyond’s fiscal second quarter.
San Francisco — Piperlime, an online brand of Gap Inc., will open its first retail store this fall, in 4,000 square feet of space at 121 Wooster St. in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City.
