Mooresville, N.C. — After 25 years with Lowe’s Companies, Inc., Robert A. Niblock plans to retire as chairman, president and CEO of the company. The board of directors has initiated a search for his successor, and in the interim Niblock will remain in his current role.
Warren, Mich. — Kim Yost, president and CEO of Art Van Furniture, plans to retire after 9 years with the company. In order to ensure a seamless leadership transition, Yost will maintain his current role until a successor has been appointed. Art Van has commenced a process to identify and evaluate candidates for the position.
Calabasas Hills, Calif. — The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, W. Douglas Benn, will retire from the company on July 7, 2017. He will be succeeded by Matthew Clark, who brings over 11 years of experience with the company, most recently serving as senior vice president, finance and strategy.
