Dallas — 7-Eleven, Inc. has closed on the acquisition of approximately 180 Tedeschi Food Shops, based in Rockland, Mass. This transaction adds to 7-Eleven’s existing 150 7-Eleven® stores in the greater Boston and southern New Hampshire area.
Dallas — 7-Eleven, Inc. has entered into an agreement with Sam’s Mart LLC to acquire 55 Sam’s Mart stores in North and South Carolina and convert them to 7-Eleven® stores this year.
