Tampa, Fla. — Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. has appointed Beth Scott as senior vice president of Bloomin’ Brands and president of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Scott joins Bloomin’ Brands from Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.
