Honolulu — Lifestyle brand Tenōre has opened its new flagship store in the Waikiki neighborhood of Honolulu. Moving beyond a traditional retail space, the store is designed as a cultural hub that connects the local community and Honolulu visitors through ongoing art exhibitions, wellness classes, sport-specific workshops, live music and more.

The two-story, 12,000-square-foot store, which is situated in the Waikiki Shopping Plaza, is the brand’s first flagship location. The first floor acts as the main retail space, showcasing the latest Tenōre collection, capsules, and collaborations, alongside rotating art exhibitions. Meanwhile, the second floor serves as a flexible studio for wellness classes, athlete workshops, community events and live music performances.

“We are excited to bring the Tenōre ethos to life here in Waikiki,” says Pat Tenore, founder of Tenōre. “As we expand Tenōre’s presence, it felt natural to dedicate a space to the people we design and curate for — a place that’s more than just a store to shop. It’s where the community can come together regularly to connect and experience culture, wellness, and creativity first-hand.”

As part of the store’s ongoing activation program, Tenōre will offer instruction across multiple disciplines. Boxing classes will be led by Carlos Tangaro of Nito Boxing, one of Hawaii’s most respected trainers. Jiu-Jitsu seminars and classes will be led by the Ruotolo brothers, who are widely regarded as two of the best pound-for-pound grapplers in the world.

Performance and Breathing sessions will be guided by Brian Mackenzie, an elite instructor recognized for his expertise in stress management and breath control. Group and private surf sessions will be led by world-champion longboarder Kai Sallas. In addition, the store will host community-focused initiatives, including beach clean-ups, encouraging locals and visitors to engage with and support the environment in Hawaii.

Tenōre is also partnering with HOMERUN, a globally recognized streetwear brand and community organization known for hosting runs and give-back events. Twice a month, 5K runs will start from the new store and loop through Honolulu.

Founded by RVCA creator Pat Tenore, Tenōre is the California lifestyle brand that bridges surf, skate, art, music, MMA and street culture into one for consumers who live beyond the boundaries of any single subculture. Tenōre’s “Highest of the Ordinary” philosophy connects diverse subcultures through quality products and genuine community building.
