Atlanta — Since opening its first location in 1993, the Flying Biscuit Café franchise has taken off as a leader within the breakfast and brunch industry. This year, Flying Biscuit opened five new locations and anticipates opening 15 new locations in 2025.

Having just celebrated its 30th anniversary, Flying Biscuit Café currently has 35 locations, with a strong presence in Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Florida and the Carolinas. 2024 openings brought more than 150 jobs to local communities in Charleston, S.C., and throughout Texas.

In 2025, the chain is excited to bring its unique offerings to new markets, including Spartanburg, S.C., Huntsville, Ala., Knoxville, Tenn., Tallahassee, Fla., and Jonesboro, Ark.

The brand’s continued growth is fueled by both existing and new franchisees, including experienced operators from various backgrounds in the food industry.

“We are thrilled by the momentum we’ve built in 2024, and we anticipate even more significant growth in 2025,” says Andrew Scherzer, vice president of franchise development. “Our expansion is a direct result of the trust and enthusiasm our franchisees — both new and existing — have in the Flying Biscuit brand. We’re seeing increased interest from seasoned operators in the foodservice industry, which is a testament to the strength of our concept.”

Founded in Atlanta in 1993, Flying Biscuit currently has 35 locations, and several more are under development. For more information, visit www.flyingbiscuit.com.
