Transwestern Names New Director, Construction & Project Management

Atlanta — William Stauduhar has joined Transwestern, a leading real estate firm, as director of construction and project management for the Southeast. Stauduhar is responsible for construction and project management, business development initiatives and relationship building and retention in support of the firm’s agency leasing, tenant advisory and property management services groups.

Stauduhar brings over 25 years of construction and real estate experience to his new position; previously he was director of project management for CBRE Inc.
