Kissimmee, Fla. — Orlando, Fla.-based Williams Company Southeast has broken ground on St. Cloud Commons, a new 225,000-square-foot retail center on a 33-acre site at the Florida Turnpike and U.S. 192 in Kissimmee, Fla.
Current retailers being built by Williams Company Southeast include Ross Dress For Less, Marshalls, PetSmart, Ulta Beauty, Five Below, Bulk Nation and Famous Footwear. Future tenants include Hobby Lobby and outparcels include Outback Steakhouse, Pollo Tropical and Panera Bread. Pan American Group, Miami, is the developer, and completion is scheduled for October 2017.
Williams Company, also with offices in Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa, specializes in commercial, retail, industrial and educational projects, and is currently licensed in 15 states from Texas to Maryland.
