DWM Facilities Maintenance Hires 30-Year Retail Veteran

Latham, N.Y. — DWM has hired retail industry veteran Kathy Boedecker as a customer service team lead. She joins DWM after a nearly 30-year career in retail management for national brands such as Michael’s Stores, DEB Shops and Priceless Kids.

“In addition to being the ‘daily brand ambassador’ for DWM, team leads offer expert-level, client-focused operational and administrative support as it pertains to their accounts,” says Dean Hatch, customer service director. “Mrs. Boedecker’s successes in retail management, training and exceeding company goals are a perfect fit for DWM and our clients.”
