Federal Signal Appoints SVP, Safety and Security Systems Group

Oak Brook, Ill. — Federal Signal Corporation, a leader in environmental and safety solutions, has promoted Matthew B. Brady to the position of senior vice president of its Safety and Security Systems Group (SSG). In this new role, Brady will lead all aspects of SSG’s businesses based in North America. Brady joined the company in 2006, serving most recently as vice president and general manager of the Integrated Systems Division within SSG.

“Matt has been a key leader, with direct responsibility for the realignment of the Integrated Systems Division,” says Jennifer L. Sherman, president and chief executive officer. “As senior vice president of SSG, Matt will continue to drive for operational excellence and execute our plans to grow, organically and through strategic core-based acquisitions.”
