Columbus, Ohio — Amazon has opened a new Amazon Style store at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio. This will be the first Amazon Style location in the state and the second for the company; the first opened May 25 in the Los Angeles area.
“We’re delighted to be part of the Columbus community and offer customers a new and innovative way to shop their favorite looks from Amazon in person,” says Monica Ravi, director of operations for Amazon Style. “We’re also eager to welcome hundreds of new employees to our team. These are great jobs with competitive pay and benefits and come with the opportunity to grow a career with Amazon.”
As Amazon’s first-ever physical clothing store, Amazon Style is designed to help customers discover looks they’ll love through a personalized and convenient shopping experience using advanced technology and operations.
Shopping the store is easy. Using the Amazon Shopping app, customers simply scan an item’s QR code to send to a fitting room, or directly to the Pickup counter to purchase. Shoppers interested in trying on their picks receive a notification when their fitting room is ready, where they can use the in-room touchscreen to request additional sizes, colors and styles or browse personalized recommendations that can be delivered in minutes.
