Bayonne, N.J. — Costco will open at RD Management’s Harbor View Marketplace in Bayonne, N.J., on March 7, 2019. Costco will be the anchor tenant. The 150,000-square-foot store will also feature an 18-pump Costco Gasoline gas station.
Harbor View Marketplace will include 651 multifamily residential units and additional retail space will occupy 92,000 square feet of the 239,929-square-foot center.
Cape Liberty Port, located directly behind the project site, recently completed a $50 million expansion. It has the second-largest passenger volume among Northeast and Mid-Atlantic coast ports, with passenger volumes expected to increase to 600,000 with the expansion.
