Saginaw, Mich. — Duro-Last, Inc. has hired Mike Tracey as director of continuous improvement. In this newly created position, Tracey will work closely with Duro-Last’s chief executive officer, Tom Saeli, to develop and oversee the quality assurance, quality control and engineering services departments. He will also oversee the continuous improvement of existing products and services, new product research, and the overall customer experience.
Tracey joins Duro-Last from Acument Global Technologies where he served for 22 years in various positions including director of operations, regional materials and distribution manager, and most recently as director of material management.
