Latham, N.Y. — The ratings are designed to strengthen company’s service standards and improve client satisfaction.

Latham, N.Y. — Last week, DWM Facilities Maintenance revealed a comprehensive Vendor Rating System to strengthen the performance of the company’s International Vendor Network and ultimately improve client satisfaction. The development of the vendor rating system is part of DWM’s ongoing efforts to improve service and response time.

“We are driven by our core values and are always looking for ways to improve the client experience. For DWM, service quality and response times weigh heavily on the client experience and it is crucial for us to constantly improve,” says Trishia Dickinson, DWM’s vendor relations manager. “The new rating system will provide deeper insight for our customer service department when selecting vendors for a particular job.”

With considerable input from both the DWM’s Vendor Manager, customer service department and the cross-functional Vendor Management team, the company has developed a unique index to measure performance on key metrics as the pertain to service. Vendors are rated on professionalism, communication, quality of work, response time, NTE requirements, and customer-specific requirements.

Fully integrated with work order disbursement and DWM’s vendor database, vendors are now rated on a five-star system, based on specific combinations of parameters. This visual rating allows a customer service coordinator to view a vendor’s historical rating at a glance, making their selection process more efficient and effective.

DWM delivers a comprehensive platform of general maintenance, handyman, carpet cleaning, project management, remodeling/rollouts, water filtration services, and emergency services. Proven service options include programmed maintenance, on-demand break-fix service, and project management. DWM features 24/7 emergency service response, efficient web-based online work order tracking, consolidated invoicing and digital backup.
