Latham, N.Y. — Kyle MacDuff has been promoted to customer service team lead at DWM Facilities Maintenance. MacDuff, who joined DWM in 2013, has been able to establish new protocols and metrics to ensure overall cost-containment across four national client portfolios.
MacDuff’s efforts in managing contractors and continuous will to grow have enabled him to tout an industry-leading metrics in call-to-completion, first-time fix rates, and lowest invoice-to-completion.
As a result of his proven service outcomes, MacDuff will be in a supervisory, senior role responsible for providing superior, friendly and efficient customer service for clients in the retail, restaurant, grocery and convenience store industries.
