Deerfield Beach, Fla. – Deerfield Beach, Fla.-based Konover South LLC is set to begin the vertical construction of Miramar Park Place, a 56,600-square-foot upscale retail center in Miramar, Fla., on October 19, 2020. Tenants, which include Flannigan’s, World of Beer, Jersey Mike’s, Starbucks and more, are expected to open in summer 2021.
Konover South LLC, in partnership with Master Development Partners of Dania Beach, Fla., purchased the property in October 2019. R.A.
