North Plainfield, N.J. — Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has added eight new team members. The appointments span a variety of departments — including accounting, marketing, property management and legal.
The recent additions include controller Lai Lau, who brings more than 30 years of accounting experience specializing in shopping centers and commercial buildings to her new role. Aleksandra Pulawska-Baron also has come on board as a staff accountant, with more than 16 years of experience working on and overseeing audits at industry-leading accounting firms. Rounding out LMC’s newest accounting department personnel are bookkeeper Valerie Trani, accounts payable specialist Jason Pompeo and administrative assistant Donna Gonzalez.
Additionally, Maria Tsampounieri has been appointed as marketing associate in the LMC marketing department. LMC’s latest staff additions also include property manager Dylan Rotchford and legal department administrative assistant Sher’rae Bush.
LMC’s retail-focused portfolio currently includes 100 properties totaling 14 million square feet in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. In 2017, the firm added 10 retail assignments totaling 1.5 million square feet.
Today, LMC offers leasing, property management, financial management and reporting, construction and development, lease administration, marketing services, and acquisition and disposition consulting services. The company specializes in repositioning, re-tenanting and renovating real estate.
