Boca Raton, Fla. — Office Depot, Inc. has appointed Scott Kriss as senior vice president and chief accounting officer, effective April 3, 2018. He joins Office Depot from Wendy’s.
Kriss will report to Joseph Lower, executive vice president and chief financial officer. He most recently served as senior vice president, chief accounting and tax officer for The Wendy’s Company, responsible for all aspects of Wendy’s accounting and tax functions.
“Scott has significant retail experience, proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset that will greatly benefit us as we continue to transform Office Depot,” says Lower.
Prior to joining The Wendy’s Company, Kriss held positions at Bacardi-Martini, Inc., Tween Brands, Inc., Limited Brands, Inc. and Arthur Andersen & Co.
